bbb.avif

With over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, Marty has dedicated his career to empowering individuals to become the best versions of themselves. His expertise encompasses a wide range of fitness goals, including weight loss, muscle building, and injury rehabilitation, enabling clients to return to their daily activities pain-free.

Marty offers a unique perspective on training, having personally navigated the challenges of anorexia, binge eating disorder, and recovery from injuries sustained during high-level competitive sports. This background informs his approach, allowing him to connect with clients on a profound level and understand the complexities of their journeys.

Focused on fostering sustainable habits, Marty prioritizes achieving not just immediate results, but also the maintenance of those results over time. He encourages clients to contemplate what lies beyond their specific goals. "What happens when you reach your current goal? What does life look like afterward? Is the path that got you there sustainable?" These are vital questions that Marty believes must be addressed in order to create lasting change. It won’t always be sunshine and rainbows, being prepared for the highs and the lows is paramount in success.

Marty champions the importance of balance in all aspects of life, meeting clients where they are and collaboratively identifying ways to integrate their passions while still achieving their fitness objectives. One of Marty’s greatest joys in training is witnessing the boost in self-esteem and confidence that clients experience as they gain strength. He takes pride in helping individuals recognize how their efforts in the gym translate to improvements in their everyday lives, making them not only stronger but also more fulfilled.

TRANSFORMATIONS

HEAR FROM MARTY'S CLIENTS

Marty and I have worked together throughout my fitness journey both in person and virtually. During my time working with Marty, it was clear that he was attentive and willing to help create a sustainable plan in helping me achieve my fitness goals. While working together in person Marty and I would meet around three times a week. This amount of time allowed me to feel the physical benefits to personal training as well as emotional. As we started the virtual approach it was easy to continue to work on my goals independently as the workouts were clear and concise. Being able to take pictures and write comments on the workout tracker helped me continue to grow within my fitness journey and still receive coaching.
